Though not a native Floridian, Kimberlee has called Jacksonville "home" since she was very young. Granted, the Navy took her away for many years, as a child and as a spouse, but once the military life was complete, she was anxious to be closer to family and returned to the area in 2011. During her adult life, she practiced dental hygiene for close to 20 years, became a mom to boy/girl twins, started a dental gift online store, was a scrapbook consultant and eventually settled in to being the typical stay-at-home mom. However, her need to always learn new things, brought her to pursue her long-time interest in real estate. Having moved many, many (many), times, she was very accustomed to relocating and thought her knowledge could help others and real estate would be a perfect fit!
Kimberlee feels that relocating to a new country, state, city or even a new neighborhood can be a daunting task. As a Realtor, she works tirelessly to provide a stress-free selling and buying experience for her customers. Strong attention to detail, constant communication and being the source of the source are key to making it a smooth process from contract to closing.
Besides spending time with her family and two dogs - Bogie (a Lab) & Lily (a maltipoopom), Kimberlee enjoys reading, gardening, running, genealogy and her new interests in tennis and crossfit/cardio kickboxing. She is also a big supporter of military veterans and you'll see her at the annual Salute to Veterans 5K, which supports the USS ADAMS Museum and K9s for Warriors.
